Factory Introduction

Showcase Room of 500 square meters,which shows various kinds of products,for different customers to select different kinds of products.

We have three auto painting facilities,and completely automatic production lines,seven ion-electroplating machines,ten laser embossing machines and thirty-meter baking lines,all of which make production effectiveness increased hugely. The water-based Nano painting we made possesses SGS international food grade,which could pass any inspection from international agent,to provide production with dependable raw materials.

Auto production lines increase production yields greatly,and control its production of defective products effectively,save production cost,and to assure production outputs and control quality effectively,improve yield rates,and control on quality,delivery and cost correspondlingly to serve customers better.

Production Workshops are mounted three professional assembling lines,two packing lines,and one testing room.Every product is inspected 7 times,including Electric Leakage Test,High Voltage Test,Aging Test,Heating Test,Atomization Test,Fogging Test,Tensile Test, and Ultrosonic Test,of which the Fogging Test is 2 hours,and Heating Test is 1 hour,as well as Carton Drop Test,all these processes and products are under surveillance and tested thoroughly.
